Return to Self is a special formula made with the intention to help people process and clear difficult emotions or trauma. This formula contains several herbs that create motion within the lymphatic system to gently cleanse and detoxify the body. However, our emotional wellbeing is heavily tied to our lymphatic system. Whenever we move lymph and clear stagnation from the body, inevitably we may remember things we haven’t thought of in a long time. At times these memories carry heavy emotions with them.
